PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

The organisation collects and processes data relating to its clients, suppliers and any parties with whom we collaborate, to manage customer relationships, maintain internal records and complete contractual duties.

As we operate within the business-to-business market, we naturally collect, process and store very minimal personal data, as our customers are corporations rather than individuals. However, these corporations are represented by individuals with whom we regularly communicate, thus we do store some personal data within our systems.

The organisation is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data and to meeting its data protection obligations.

The organisation collects and processes the following data about our clients:

  • Full name, title, business address and contact details, including corporate email address and telephone number

The data we process is stored securely within our computer and telephone systems, with access only permitted to staff members. The organisation will not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

The organisation takes the security of your data seriously. The organisation has internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties.

Individuals have the following rights relating to the collection, storage and processing of personal data. These include:

  • the right to access and obtain a copy of one’s own personal data on request;
  • the right to require the organisation to change incorrect or incomplete data;
  • the right to require the organisation to delete or stop processing one’s own personal data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;
  • the right to object to the processing of one’s own personal data where the organisation is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing;
  • the right to ask the organisation to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about whether one’s interests override the organisation's legitimate grounds for processing data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact the Directors of MHP Technical Ltd.
