MHP Technical were employed to produce ‘turn-key’ handover documentation for Hudson Quarter consisting of the Main Building Manual as well as the MEP Operation and Maintenance Manual, meaning we were employed by both the Main Contractor & MEP Contractor separately and assisted coordinated between the two.
The project was made up of four separate blocks consisting of industrial units to the lower levels with a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bed Apartments/Penthouses above.
In addition to the building handover documentation, branded apartment user guides were produced for each Apartment/Penthouse consisting of bespoke folders, inlays & contents all featuring the HQ branding and corporate colours.
